From your first enquiry to the finished job. Straightforward, no faff.
Tell us what you need. Takes about thirty seconds.
Brian or one of the team calls you back the same day. Quick questions, then we confirm a visit time.
We come out, find the actual cause of the problem, and explain it in plain English. No charge, no obligation.
You receive a detailed written quote. Decide in your own time. No pressure, no follow-up calls.
A selection from 1,500+ roofs completed across Luton and Dunstable.
Luton's roofs run the full range, with Victorian slate terraces around High Town and Bury Park, post-war semis in Stopsley and Round Green, and the 1960s estates at Marsh Farm and Lewsey Farm. Many of those original roofs are now tired. We fix what has actually failed, at a fixed written price.
We live and work in the same towns we serve. We know the local housing stock and which jobs give trouble round here. No franchise, no subcontractors shipped in from elsewhere.
Your written quote is the price you pay. We itemise every cost upfront. No "while we're here" extras, no surprise invoices when the job is done.
Call or fill in the form and someone rings you back the same day. We confirm a visit date on that first call. No chasing, no voicemail loops.
Public liability and employer's liability insurance in place on every job. We can email certificates before work starts, so there's no chasing needed.

“I started Liberty Roofing with one simple rule - if I wouldn't accept it on my own house, it doesn't go on yours. Most of our work today comes from word of mouth and second jobs from happy customers. That's how I know we're doing it right.”
